Research Interests

In my professional and research activities, I focus on environmental sustainability in the food industry, specifically on the identification and assessment of biogenic carbon emissions. As part of my doctoral thesis, I analyze the impact of these processes on the overall carbon footprint, utilizing the Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) methodology. I integrate my research with my practical work at the Department of Economics and Management, where I specialize in methodological activities in education, project administration, and educational process innovation.
