The head of the Department of Sustainability and Product Ecology is a graduate of the Department of Water and Environmental Technology at the University of Chemistry and Technology, Prague. His professional work focuses on reducing the environmental impacts of products and technologies using life cycle assessment (LCA).
From 2014 to 2022, he served as Dean of the Faculty of Environmental Technology at the University of Chemistry and Technology, Prague, and has headed the Department of Sustainability and Product Ecology since 2022.

The department’s administrative assistant, secretary, and business manager holds a master’s degree and is responsible for administrative, organizational, and financial matters at the department. She contributes to the day-to-day operations of the department, coordinates academic and project-related matters, and serves as a key point of contact for students, staff, and external collaborators. She makes a significant contribution to the smooth functioning of the department and its day-to-day operations.

From the Roztyly Bus Station
Take Metro Line C toward Letňany to the Nádraží Holešovice station. The trip takes about 25 minutes.
Then take tram No. 6, 12, or 17 to the Ortenovo náměstí stop. The trip takes about 5 minutes.
Then walk about 5 minutes to Jankovcova 23.
Head to Prague – Holešovice toward Jankovcova Street. The easiest way to get there is from Veletržní Street or via Argentinská Street.
At the intersection, turn onto Jankovcova Street and continue for approximately 300 meters.
The destination address, Jankovcova 23, Prague 7 – Holešovice, is located on the right-hand side.
Street parking is available in the area within the Prague 7 parking zones.
Take the bus (e.g., line 59) to the Nádraží Veleslavín stop. From there, take the A metro line toward Depo Hostivař to the Muzeum stop, where you should transfer to the C metro line toward Letňany and get off at the Nádraží Holešovice stop.
Then take tram no. 6, 12, or 17 to the Ortenovo náměstí stop and walk about 5 minutes to Jankovcova 23, Prague 7 – Holešovice.
The total journey takes approximately 40–45 minutes (standard public transport ticket).
Airport shuttle
CEDAZ provides minibus transportation from the airport to the center of Prague. Shuttles run daily from approximately 5:30 AM to 9:30 PM. The company can also arrange individual transportation from the airport directly to your address, even outside the center of Prague.
From the Jižní Město dorms
Take the bus from the Volha stop to Metro Line C (e.g., to the Chodov or Opatov station).
Take Metro Line C toward Letňany to the Nádraží Holešovice station. The trip takes about 35 minutes.
From there, take tram no. 6, 12, or 17 to the Ortenovo náměstí stop. The trip takes about 5 minutes.
Then walk approximately 5 minutes to Jankovcova 23.

Take the tram from the Ortenovo náměstí stop to the Nádraží Holešovice station.
Take Metro Line C toward Háje to the Chodov station.
From the metro concourse, take bus 177 or 193 to the Volha stop (3 stops).
