I focus professionally on the application of life cycle assessment (LCA) methodology, evaluation of environmental sustainability and quantification of environmental impacts of products and organisations across various industrial sectors and waste management areas. Within my research activities, I concentrate on analysing the environmental impacts of innovative manufacturing and recycling technologies and on assessing new energy sources through LCA methodology. In the field of sustainability, I focus particularly on the environmental pillar of sustainability and its integration with quantitative assessment approaches, primarily with LCA methodology, with the aim of providing scientifically-grounded evidence to support decision-making in industrial and institutional practice.
